Two-hour free parking

The City of Welland offers two-hour free parking at all on-street parking spaces in the downtown core and King Street between East Main Street and Ontario Road from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., with holidays excepted.

 

Municipal Lots

Area A: Permit parking with no general parking permitted.
Monday to Friday, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., with a maximum stay of 12 hours.

Area B: Ticket dispenser $2 per hour.
Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., with a maximum stay of 10 hours.
Monthly permits are available for $55 per month plus HST.
Monday to Friday, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., with a maximum stay of 12 hours.

Area C: Ticket dispenser $2 per hour.
Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., with a maximum stay of 10 hours.
No permit parking.

Area D: Permit parking for City vehicles only. No general parking is permitted.

Area E: Permit parking for authorized staff only. No general parking is permitted.

Area A, B, C, and D: Free parking Monday to Friday, 6 a.m. to midnight, with a maximum stay of 18 hours.

Free parking Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., with a maximum stay of 10 hours.
Monthly permits are available for $40 per month plus HST.
Monday to Sunday, anytime (24 hours).

    Use the Honk app to pay for your parking in all City parking lots. Simply note the lot where your vehicle is parked to secure your parking. Adding to the convenience, the Honk app notifies users 15 minutes before their parking expires, allowing them to buy additional time remotely and eliminating the need to rush back to feed the meter.
