City Payments and Registrations

We're committed to offering user-friendly online services to customers, whether they need to apply for a building permit, register for a program, pay a parking ticket, or settle an administrative penalty notice. Additional online services will be available soon.

Parking Tickets Payments issue: We’re currently experiencing an issue with our parking payment software, and ticket payments are not being processed. We’re working with our vendor to resolve this as quickly as possible. In the meantime, payments can be made in person at City Hall or by mailing in a cheque. Thanks for your patience — we’ll share an update as soon as service is restored.
