TAX NOTICE

2026 Interim Property Tax Bills will be mailed by Canada Post by February 6, 2025. Receive your bill sooner by signing up for e-billing and have your bill delivered right to your inbox. Ensure your property tax payments are paid on time with one of the City’s pre-authorized payment plans to have your property taxes paid over 11 months or on each of the instalment due dates automatically.

Property tax instalment due dates are on the last business days of February, April, June, and August. We mail property tax bills at least 21 days before each instalment due date.

  • 1st installment - Feb. 27, 2026
  • 2nd installment - Apr. 30, 2026

Final installment dates

  • 3rd installment - Jun. 30, 2026
  • 4th installment - Aug. 31, 2026
