Swimming Pool Enclosures
All swimming pools within the City of Welland that are capable of holding more than 2 feet of water require a swimming pool enclosure permit. A swimming pool enclosure permit will ensure minimum standards are adhered to and children in your area do not have easy access to an open body of water. Safety is our main priority.
Permit Fees:
- Above ground pool: $131.00 + $250.00 Deposit
- Inground pool: $131.00 + $500.00 Deposit.
The deposit will be released once all conditions of the permit are satisfied.
