Streets, parking lots, private property. There are plenty of places to park in the City of Welland, but do you know when and where you can do so? Welland’s parking enforcement team is responsible for enforcing standards about parking on public road allowances and on private property, as requested. Enforcement of parking regulations supports improved road safety, traffic flow, and accessibility. It also assists the City in managing its waste removal and snow clearing road infrastructure. Parking enforcement is proactively enforced throughout the city.
