Purpose: All members of Council serve the GC in an advisory role to Council, enabling fuller discussion on matters they will ultimately decide.

Meeting schedule: The second and fourth Tuesday of each month, determined by need; no meetings in July and August
Meeting time: 7 p.m.
Meeting location: Council Chambers, 60 East Main Street
