Important notices
All permit applications for new construction, including additions with full basement must be accompanied by the radon form and detailed drawings.
Supplementary information forms (SIF)
These forms are designed to expedite permit issuance by providing information necessary to determine compliance with the applicable law.
This applicable law checklist must be submitted with all permit applications except the following:
- sewer/water lateral replacement/repair
- interior/exterior renovation/repair except for buildings/districts designated or recognized under the Ontario Heritage Act
- interior plumbing or HVAC permits
- sewage system permits where a SIF-S form is submitted
- demolition permits where a SIF-D form is submitted
