Affordable room rentals for professional events or meetings are available at Civic Square. In addition, rooms within City Hall can accommodate meetings for both smaller groups or more significant functions. The community room offers a versatile space with a projector and screen for all your presentation needs.

Weekdays after 4:30 p.m. and on Saturday and Sundays, additional after-hours rate of $31 plus HST per hour will apply*.

Welland-based not-for-profit organizations are welcome to rent the Community Room for monthly meetings or Annual General Meetings at no charge. Please note that recurring weekly rentals fall outside of this exception and will be subject to 50 per cent of the hourly room rental fee, regardless of not-for-profit status.
