A Complete Application has been made by Upper Canada Consultants on behalf of 2676903 Ontario Inc. for Redline Revision to Draft Plan of Vacant Land Condominium for lands Part of Lots 141, 142, and 143, Part of Block E, Part of Glenwood Parkway, Part of Woodland Drive(all closed by by-law RO102482) Plan 821 Part 3, 59R17020; City of Welland, municipally known as 185 Glenwood Parkway. The subject lands are designated Built-Up Area in the Regional Official Plan, as Low Density Residential and Core Natural Heritage in the City of Welland Official Plan, and zoned Residential Low Density 2 – RL2 and Environmental Conservation Overlay – EC in Comprehensive Zoning By-law 2017-117, as amended.

The application proposes a redline revision to the draft approved plan of vacant land condominium to reduce the number of proposed townhouse units from twenty-four (24) to twenty-two (22).

The public is invited to make written submissions to the City of Welland Planning Division regarding this proposal prior to the decision.

Only a specified person, as defined in the Planning Act, or public body that has made an oral or written submission to the City of Welland Council before the approval authority gives or refuses to give approval to the draft plan of subdivision may appeal this decision.
