Notice of Stopping Up and Closing a portion of Canal Bank Street

Please be advised that at its regular meeting of April 23, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. City Council may consider a By-law to stop up and close a portion of Canal Bank Street, east of the Welland Recreational Waterway, south of Townline Tunnel Road and north of Forks Road, in accordance with Chapter 25, Section 34(1) of the Municipal Act 2001, as amended.

Those persons wishing to appear before Council at the above-noted meeting are asked to advise the City Clerk, in writing via clerk@welland.ca, on or before April 19, 2024.
