Notice of 2026 Water/Wastewater Budgets Public Input

TAKE NOTICE that the City of Welland will be holding an open meeting to obtain input from members of the public regarding the 2026 Water and Wastewater Budgets.

The meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. Should you wish to speak at this meeting, please contact the City Clerk, Tara Stephens at clerk@welland.ca no later than 12:00 p.m. on Friday, November 7, 2025 to be provided with a link to participate. Should you wish only to view the meeting, all City Council meetings are live-streamed on the City of Welland’s website at: www.welland.ca/Council/Livestream.asp and do not require advanced notice.

Any person who attends has the opportunity to make a presentation with respect to the 2026 Water and Wastewater Budgets. In order for Council to hear from as many residents as possible, presentations are limited to 10 minutes per presenter. For recordkeeping purposes, if you have a written record of your presentation, please submit a copy to the Clerk.

The proposed date for the adoption of the City of Welland’s 2026 Water/Wastewater Budgets is December 2025.
