All City Hall departments will be closed on Friday, April 3, and Monday, April 6, 2026, and will re-open on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at 8:30 a.m.

Utility and Tax payments can be made at your financial institution, online, or cheques can be left in the drop box located at City Hall closest to Cross St.

Parking tickets - payments can now be made using Visa or MasterCard through our online service at www.welland.ca/parking/onlinepayments.asp (please allow for 2 business days, for your ticket to be processed and added to the online payment system).
