Family Day Celebration at the Main Arena from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
12 years of age and under must wear a CSA approved helmet and a face cage is recommended; bicycle helmets are not permitted.
All City Hall Departments will be closed on Monday, February 16, 2026, for Family Day, and will re-open on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at 8:30 a.m.

In the event of an urgent road, water, sewer, facilities, or forestry problem, please call the City’s 24-hour response line at 905-735-1700 x3000.
Utility and Tax payments can be made at your financial institution, online, or cheques can be left in the drop box located at City Hall closest to Cross St.
Parking tickets - payments can now be made using Visa or MasterCard through our online service at www.welland.ca/parking/onlinepayments.asp (please allow for 2 business days, for your ticket to be processed and added to the online payment system).
