Drinking Water Quality Management System

The City of Welland maintains a quality management system that is accredited to the Drinking Water Quality Management Standard.

The City's processes for ensuring requirements are met have been documented in an Operational Plan. A copy of the Operational Plan is available for viewing by request at City Hall or the Municipal Service Centre.
