The Building Division reviews plans and conducts inspections for Building Permits, unsafe buildings and Property Standards complaints in accordance with the Ontario Building Code Act.  Licensing for plumbers, administration of the SWAP and LRP Programs and the registration of vacant buildings are also handled by this Division.

    • Up to $1,500 / $2,000 available to property owners to offset the cost of replacement of existing lead or split (shared) water services
  • Registration of Vacant Buildings
    • (except a vacant house or vacant farm building)
