• As affordability remains a guiding principle, The City of Welland has aligned rates to be competitive with other recreational facilities within the City of Welland and surrounding municipalities. Rental rates and fees categories: Non-Profit, For-Profit, introductory. The rates and fee’s structure will be as set as hourly, daily or tournament, as shown in the charts below.
• Introductory rates will be utilized for new and emerging sport organizations to support the growth of new organizations and provide a $10 discount on the hourly rental fee charged.
