Each Organization is required to have a sign stating their name and address on the front of their stall.

I have read and agree to abide by and be subject to the Welland Farmers’ Market Policies and Procedures including the Terms and Conditions.

Must supply a copy of Liability Insurance naming the City of Welland as Additional Insured in the amount of $5 million dollars.
