A tax sale is the sale of land through public tender by a governmental body for non-payment of taxes.

Currently the City of Welland has no tax sales.

 

These surplus lands are for information purposes only. These lands will be sold at the discretion of the City. Currently available lands for sale are highlighted. This list will be updated periodically.
