Hometown Christmas and Welland Winter Lights
Two great events, one fun night!
Enjoy the festive atmosphere at Welland Market Square, and discover the magic that fills the outdoor space with twinkling Christmas lights and the cozy indoor market.
This year, Hometown Christmas will run as a scavenger hunt and include eight clues. You will find a holiday treat, craft or lasting memory at each clue. The scavenger hunt will run until 7 p.m., followed by a performance by Cindy Lou, The Grinch, Belle and Beast.
Along with the fun of the scavenger hunt and holiday performance, enjoy Christmas music, hot holiday beverages, light displays, snow taffy and much more!
The 2023 Welland Winter Lights tour kicks off during the Hometown Christmas event. Upon arrival, stop by the welcome table, pick up your Winter Lights tour map, begin the scavenger hunt and enjoy the event.
Bring a non-perishable food item in exchange for a picture with Santa. Donations will go to Community Food Drives in Welland
