If you’re looking for a unique and memorable experience this summer, be sure to check out Concerts on the Canal. With a variety of talented musicians performing at the Merritt Park Amphitheatre, these concerts offer beautiful views of the canal and a fun atmosphere for all ages. Food and beverages will be sold starting at 6 p.m.

Concert Series Launch. Upbeat, warm music that people can move, groove and dance to.

The Smoothies are longtime Niagara favorites known for legendary live performances that get people up and dancing.

A veteran of the Canadian music scene, Joe Lapinski is a songwriter, performer, producer, and sound designer. Alongside his solo work, he collaborates with acts such as Minuscule and The Woodshed Orchestra. He also runs WOW! Recording Studio & Creative Music Space in St. Catharines, Ontario.

Accompanying Joe on drums is Dave Clark, a renowned drummer who has performed with Gord Downey and The Rheostatics

Mage is a 6-piece cover band from Welland, known for their range, heartfelt performances, and love of music. They play hits from all decades and genres, bringing something for everyone to enjoy.

Sleepy Jean’s name is Katey Gatta. She is a Welland native. Known for her sultry singing voice, memorable melodies and outstanding original songs.

Terra Lightfoot: Three time JUNO nominee: 2025 “Healing Power” Adult Alternative Album of the Year and 2017's "New Mistakes" (Adult Alternative Album of the Year, Recording Engineer of the Year), and two-time Polaris Prize long-lister (2018 and 2024) Supported Willie Nelson, Blackie and the Rodeo Kings, Blue Rodeo, Bruce Cockburn, Toad and the Wet Sprocket, and William Creighton.

Hungry Hearts Band (Bruce Springsteen Tribute)

Billy Rogers: captivating melodies and hooks, nostalgic, crooning vocals, and shimmering pop sounds fused with a gritty alternative edge.

The HUNGRY HEARTS BAND performs the most iconic songs from the Bruce Springsteen song library and deliver a raw, pure rock and roll rendition remaining true to the spirit and energy of the music, while delivering them with the passion and conviction of “The Boss”.

The band members are all Local Niagara musicians bringing over 50+ years of live performance experience delivering an outstanding musical and audience experience!
