Welland City Council


 

A) Council Meetings are held on the first and third Tuesday of each month. A complete Council Schedule, is available here.

A) Copies of the agenda and minutes can be located in our Mayor and Council section of the website.

A) If you would like to submit a letter to all the members of Council for consideration, please send the letter to the following department and address:
Office of the City Clerk
City of Welland
60 East Main Street
Welland, ON L3B 3X4
Once the letter is received, the City Clerk will review the letter and distribute copies to the Mayor and Council.
 

A) In the City of Welland there are two Councillors per ward. A pdf or our ward map can be viewed here. For a list of Councillors and their ward visit our Council webpage. If you have additional questions or concerns, please contact the City Clerk’s office at 905-735-1700, ext. 0 for additional information and assistance.

A) All requests to make a presentation to Council are to be submitted in writing to the City Clerk’s Office. Please send your written request by email to clerk@welland.ca, or by mail to:

In your letter, please identify the reason for your request, the nature of the presentation, the name(s) of the presenter(s), and identify the date in which you are requesting to present to Council. When your request is received, you will receive a response from the City Clerk within two (2) business days.
