Virtual City Hall is a secure, self-serve tool that will allow property owners to view and manage their City of Welland tax and water accounts online.

Once it’s available, you’ll be able to check your balance, review past bills, and make payments anytime, from your computer or mobile device.

What you’ll be able to do

With Virtual City Hall, you’ll be able to:

  • Check account balances
  • View past bills and payment history
  • Access property and assessment information
  • Download or print copies of your bills, if you’re enrolled in e-billing
  • Pay your account online by credit card

Getting ready

To get the full benefits of Virtual City Hall, ensure you sign up for e-billing by completing our online form: E-Billing sign up form

Creating an account will be simple. To register, you’ll need:

  • Your tax roll number or water account number
  • The name exactly as it appears on your bill
    (Last name first, then first name, with no commas)

You can find this information on your most recent tax or water bill.
