    The planning division is responsible for the administration, review and processing of various applications submitted under the Planning Act. The division also prepares various agreements and by-laws. Mapping, property matters and various other studies/programs are also dealt with by the division.

  • 392 Enterprise Drive 10,000 sq.ft. expansion at Vision Greens
  • 650 Rusholme Road 11,205 sq.ft. shipping and receiving building expansion at Winoa
  • 490 Prince Charles Drive Bosch Rexroth: expansion of existing footprint of logistics centre; modernization of manufacturing area, equipment and processes; upgrade climate controls and main administration area
  • Weber and South Pelham Roads Skyline Development four-storey apartment complex with 103 residential units
  • 115 & 119 Lincoln Street Lincoln Street Condos 123 dwelling units
  • 699 Niagara Street Apartment Complex (Woodlawn and Niagara St) six-storeys with 129 units purpose built for rental housing in Niagara (bachelor, one- and two-bedroom units)
  • Fonthill Lumber 96,000 sq.ft. facility including a mechanic shop, warehouse and manufacturing
  • Upper Canada Railway Service 20,000 sq.ft. facility completed in Enterprise Drive Industrial Park
  • Woodlawn Road gas station / car wash development completed (Canadian Tire)
