Welland Conservation Program

The Welland conservation program is now running. We are accepting incentive applications for toilets and washers as well as Rain barrels will go on sale beginning MONDAY MAY 14^TH until TUESDAY MAY 29^th and the pickup day is scheduled for June 9^th 2012. Please check the website for updates.
