Colborne Dog Park (99% Complete)

Location/
Description
Located at the end of Colborne Street. The project consists of a small dog park enclosure and a large dog park enclosure.
Activities Asphalt Trail Works completed.
Project-

Utility Cuts Final Reinstatement 2014 (98% completed)

Location/
Description
Reinstating the utility cuts for the City of Welland.
Activities The contractor to complete the deficiencies and asphalt works by next week.
Project-

Plymouth Road and Churchill Ave. Reconstruction (2% Complete)

Location/
Description
To reconstruct the road for Plymouth Road from the Tracks to Lincoln and reconstruct the road for Churchill Ave. from Plymouth Road to approximately 200m east.
Activities Project started last week.
One lane of traffic open at all times
Project-

Canal Bank, Shaw Street and Regatta Road Reconstruction Project 2014 (30% complete)

Location/
Description
To reconstruct the road for Canal Bank, built an entrance off of Shaw St. for the Flatwater Centre and sidewalk/surface works for Regatta Road.
Activities Working on fine grading the road and curb works this week.
The road is closed from Ontario Road to Townline Road for this week from 7am to 5pm.

Crack Sealing Program 2014 (95% complete)

Location/
Description
To crack seal the asphalt cracks for various street throughout the City of Welland.
Activities To start on the crack sealing of parking lots at the end of September, 2014.
Project-

Fitch Street Sewer/Road and First Avenue Urbanization Project 2014 (85% complete)

Location/
Description
To reconstruct the road for Fitch Street from PCD to First Ave. and urbanization First Ave. from Quaker Road to College Park Drive.
Activities Working on the road works for First Avenue this week.
One lane of traffic open at all times

Sidewalk Replacement Program (0% complete)

Location/
Description
To replace existing sidewalk bays in poor condition throughout the City.
Activities To start at the end of September, 2014.
