Welland Handi-Trans
Handi-Trans
provides public transportation to individuals who are unable to use regular Welland Transit service and who are registered with Handi-Trans.
This service provides accessible door to accessible door transportation using lift equipped vehicles. Request for service must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the required pick up time.
If you wish to use Handi-Trans, your doctor must first complete a registration form stating that you are unable to use regular transit service. Once the application is approved, you'll receive a registration approval and can start using Handi-Trans service immediately.
Handi-Trans service hours:
- Monday to Friday 7:15 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
- Saturday 9:30 a.m. - 6:15 p.m.
For cancellations or changes after 4:30 p.m. on weekdays and Saturdays, please call 905-735-4500.

Note : Handi-Trans passengers may use their Handi-Trans Econo Pass on the following accessible routes # 5 # 6 and # 9, #10 West Community and # 11 East Community
