Benefits and Support Services Coordinator
The General Manager of Human Resources ensures a full spectrum of Human Resources services are provided in the most efficient and effective manner to the Corporation. On an “ad hoc” basis these services are also provided to the Welland Public Library and Welland Hydro.
Responsibilities of the Human Resources Department
To foster consistent, fair and equitable employee and labour relations in the workplace. Human Resources defines, implements and monitors activities which positively influence the effectiveness (competency, motivation and productivity) of employees as they work towards achieving organizational goals and objectives.
