Everyone is welcome to use the Touch Screen Ballot Stations to enjoy the experience of voting by using the touch of your finger to cast your vote.
These ballot stations are excellent for enhancing the screens for easier viewing or if you prefer to use the headset and keypad for audio enhancement.
For these Advance Voting Days, there will be two Touch Screen Ballot Stations available on the premise for voting.

The Touch Screen Ballot Stations and an AccuVote Tabulator for Paper Ballots will be offered to everyone.
Everyone is welcome to have the choice to vote either by the traditional paper ballot (fill in the oval) with the AccuVote Tabulator or by the Touch Screen Ballot Stations. Come on out and make your voting experience a good one!

The elector whose name is on the Voters’ List will receive a Voter Information Notification Card (VIN Card) that will be mailed closer to Voting Day. This VIN Card will indicate your Ward and Poll and the location that you are to attend to vote for Election Day and also list the dates for Advance Voting.
If you do not receive a VIN Card, please contact the Office of the City Clerk as you may need to register your name and school support for the Voters’ List. This is easily done by filling out the Application to Amend the Voters’ List (Form 1203) .

Eligible electors are asked to present acceptable identification for the 2012 By-Election as per the Good Government Act 2009 (Bill 212) in order to obtain their ballot for voting. Voters are to bring either:
ONE piece of ID
showing your Name, Qualifying Address (where you currently live or own property) and Signature.
or;
TWO pieces of ID
the First piece showing your Name and Signature and;
the Second piece showing your Name and Qualifying Address.
