  • There is no application for this program.  However, an applicant with an approved Brownfield Rehabilitation Grant has the option to apply eligible environmental remediation expenses against development charges payable.  Refer to Section 7 of the Brownfield Community Improvement Plan, the City’s Development Charges By-law and the Development Charges Amendment By-law for more information.
