As Mayor of the City of Welland, I feel privileged to serve and represent this city.

I am pleased to welcome all visitors to our beautiful city.  You have chosen a destination that is rich in both heritage and culture.

The City of Welland is a fast growing municipality in the Niagara Region. It is a progressive community with a population of approximately 50,331.

Welland has a vibrant and enterprising character which makes it a great place to live, work and an exciting place to visit. Also known as the “Rose City”, the City of Welland is also home to a variety of festivals, sporting facilities and events, scenic parks and a world class rowing course.

We have every reason to be proud of our community and be thankful for all that is has to offer.  I wish to express my gratitude to all those who labor every day to make Welland a great place to work, live and play.  Together we are building  a ‘new Welland’ that works for its citizens and creates a legacy of opportunity for our children.
