Permit Applications (PDF):

(SIF) Supplementary Information Forms (PDF):

The following forms are required to be submitted along with the Application for Permit to Construct or Demolish as applicable.  The forms are designed to expedite Permit issuance by providing information necessary to determine compliance with applicable Law.

Applicable Law Checklist

This form must be submitted with all Permit Applications except the following:

  • Sewer/water lateral replacement/repair
  • Interior/exterior renovation/repair except for buildings/districts designated or recognized under the Ontario Heritage Act
  • Interior plumbing or HVAC Permits
  • Sewage System Permits where a SIF-S Form submitted
  • Demolition Permits where a SIF-D form submitted
